Motorcycle Display Information

Display space for motorcycles at Papplewick Pumping Station is limited, with capacity for approximately 200–250 bikes.

Classic Motorcycles

Classic motorcycles will be displayed in the main exhibition area next to the Engine House.

If you have a classic motorcycle pre-dating 1999 and would like to apply for a display space in the main display area, please pre-book by emailing events@papplewickpumpingstation.org.uk. (Spaces are limited so will be given on a first come, first-served basis)

To secure your place, you must:

  • Arrive before 9:30am on the day of the event. (Event opens to the public at 10am)
  • Remain at the event for the majority of the day. (Event closes to the public at 4pm)

As a thank you, free entry will be provided for the rider and one passenger.

All Other Motorcycles

If your motorcycle is not a classic, you are still very welcome to ride to the event. Display spaces with free entry are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

Once the display area reaches capacity, the gates to the display area will be closed. Any additional motorcycles will need to use the main visitor car park, and normal admission will apply, including the purchase of an annual pass where required.

We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

We look forward to seeing you!
